NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

APPEAL FOR VARIANCE TO PARKMAN TOWNSHIP

ZONING RESOLUTION

Notice is hereby given that the Parkman Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing on an appeal for an Area/ Use Variance to the Parkman Township Zoning Resolution on Tuesday the 14th day of  April 2026, at 7:00 o’clock p.m. at the Parkman Township Community House located  at 16295 Main Market Road Parkman, Ohio.

This application was submitted by Mr. David Hesse 218 Ben-Shaw Road. Aurora, Ohio 44202, is requesting a  Variance from the Parkman Township Zoning Resolution for property located at, 18230 Owen Road  Parkman Township, Ohio which shall be in accordance with all of the applicable regulations for the District and the following regulations: Rear lots 402.16 C 1. Being in fee simple ownership only. No easements of access or common driveways shall be permitted.
