NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
APPEAL FOR VARIANCE TO PARKMAN TOWNSHIP ZONING RESOLUTION
Notice is hereby given that the Parkman Township Board of Zoning Appeals will
conduct a public hearing on an appeal for an Area/ Use Variance to the Parkman
Township Zoning Resolution on Tuesday the 9th day of June 2026, at 7:00p.m. at the Parkman Township Community House located 16295 Main Market Road Parkman, Ohio.
This application was submitted by Mr. Allen Miller 17850 Reeves Road.
Middlefield, Ohio 44062, is requesting a Variance from the Parkman Township
Zoning Resolution for property located at, 17850 Reeves Road Parkman
Township, Ohio which shall be in accordance with all of the applicable regulations
for the District and the following regulations: Rear lots 402.5 Minimum lot
frontage and with (B)Rear lots shall be in accordance with section 402.16 #3 a
minimum sixty (60) feet in which along its entire length.
